When I took a lecture-style course, the professor would project PowerPoint slides with all the photographs of architecture and buildings. It was challenging, because I was fascinated by those images, but I could not look at both the image and the interpreter. The professor referenced specific points of the architecture and the meanings behind certain features, but I would miss out.

The professor even used a red laser pointer to reference specific features. But there was a five-second delay in the interpretation, which resulted in me missing a lot of information. My experience in the classroom was not equal to that of my classmates who could listen and view the slides simultaneously.
