Digital Access to Enrichment Folders
Clintonville School District would like to give students in grades 5-12 digital access to enrichment work in their digital resource learning folders.  In agreeing to digital access, we have determined the following:

1) Parents/students may have to print the materials (folders are view only).
2) Students may have to use a notebook and pencil to complete assignments.
3) Students may be less likely to do enrichment work since their packet is not in front of them.
4) Students may be distracted by the Chromebook and be less likely to focus on academic tasks.
5) Digital access may increase the amount of screen time a child has.
6) Digital access would only be given to the students' email.
7) Grades 5 and 6 would have to use personal devices to access digital content.
8) Grades 7-12 are the only students allowed to take CPSD Chromebooks home.

YOU MUST FILL OUT A SEPARATE SURVEY FOR EACH STUDENT IN GRADES 5-12
