UPDATE: Due to a pressing personal matter, this national training event will no longer feature Harvard lecturer and trainer Marshall Ganz. This livestream event will now be taught by a team of veteran organizers, including Ceci Hall (former lead on Bernie's distributed organizing team and distributed organizing director for the Woman's March) and Saskia Young (former CA Field Director for the Hillary Campaign and Director of the Swing Left Academy). Join us on Saturday July 21st starting at 8:30 AM pacific time and ending at 1:00 PM for a powerful livestream training session to build your skills as an activist to win elections.

This first-of-its-kind training will be joined by fellow volunteers around the country.  We'll review the core organizing skills that will help us win back the House.

About the venue: The Democratic Volunteer Center (DVC) in Palo Alto is an air conditioned commercial office and training space that supports Democratic Party activities throughout the Bay Area and beyond. This Swing Left Academy training event will be presented on a large screen using a professional sound system.

Schedule:

8:30 AM (pacific time): Doors open, check-in, donuts + coffee
9:00 AM sharp: Streaming content / training begins.
~12:00 PM: Lunch
1:00 PM: Estimated training completion time.
