Volunteer Form for the Fall '17 Stayover
The Stayover is the biggest event hosted by Interact committee. We invite 60 Interactors from surrounding areas and provide a fun learning environment here at Cal. We will hold various workshops, service events, and panels to educate future college students on the importance of service, teach necessary leadership skills, and encourage meaningful friendships. We need your dedication, passion for service, and wisdom in order to make this event as successful as possible.

Stayover will be held on SATURDAY NOVEMBER 11TH AND SUNDAY SUNDAY NOVEMBER 12TH!!!!

This event will allow you to become an inspirational role model to a diverse group of teenagers who are passionate about service. As this is an event aimed towards the education and growth of high schoolers, we do expect you to:
*Be respectful, courteous, and patient
*Know you will be a representative of both Cal Rotaract and UC Berkeley
*Be flexible
*Be committed
*HAVE FUN!!

Volunteer Roles
* You will not be carrying out your duty alone! You will have at least one other Rotaractor with you.

[Saturday and Sunday]
Luggage Duty: Ensuring safety of attendees' luggage. (1.5 hour shifts). Time to just do homework or chill.

[Saturday Morning]
BART Pick-up: Be at the downtown Berkeley BART station at a designated time (around 8:30ish) to bring Interactors back to the check-in at Lower Sproul.
Greeters: Welcome Interactors at the check-in location and help sign them in.

[Saturday Evening]

Big C Hike (Around 5PM): Hiking the Big C with attendees and fellow Rotaractors and getting to know one another.

[Sunday Morning]
Doing service alongside Interactors and Rotaractors. (there is a limit on volunteers for this. First come basis!)
