Hi all! Along with guided meditations, we'll be teaching simple breath based techniques that we can all start doing at home to find peace, lower anxiety, increase energy, and support our health. Every Monday, 5 - 5:30 PM PT, and open to all, including those new to meditation! See you soon!

SKY Happiness Retreats

Join us to learn research backed techniques to reduce stress, boost immunity, improve sleep, and experience peace and happiness in daily living.  For extensive research on SKY Breath Meditation, the cornerstone of the retreat, please see this article in Harvard Business Review and TIME MagazineA recent study done at Yale compared SKY based programming to other wellness programs (MBSR, EI), finding it to be the most impactful, improving outcomes across depression, stress, mental health, mindfulness, positive affect and social connectedness.
