Abstract: With advances in prenatal and neonatal care, survival rates for infants with intrauterine
hypoxia and birth asphyxia have risen dramatically. This article gives an overview of the current
state of research for perinatal brain injury, neonatal encephalopathy (NE), and cerebral palsy, with
findings of pertinent studies, reviews, and meta-analyses, with a focus on how research findings
translate into life care plan considerations including aging with disability.

Thanks for this. Can you refine your searches to not take anything before 2016? And you don’t have to put life care planning etc in them— the life care planners

There are several serious issues here that will kill a major benefit of the way this search is being done.  First of all it is very hard to notice the date as I examine found records for relevance
and will slow this process down extensively.  I can go over the bibliographies after I complete them after I send them, but this will destroy a major part of the links under each as they will also go
and the results the links are providing are probably a huge part of these results and without the older items they will make no sense lacking context as to where the newer items in the link were
found or cited.

Consider this source from 2013 found in the above search results
