We are thrilled to announce that we are resuming in-person events and we couldn't think of a better event than the CAHCF/CCAL 92ndAnnual Meeting on September 23, 2021, at historic Mystic Seaport!

The last year has been challenging for all of us, and our members have endured more than we will ever know, it is time to come together and honor those that we have lost and celebrate those that gave tirelessly to their residents and facility.

We would like to invite you to participate in this unique event by becoming a sponsoring of our 92nd Annual Meeting, this event is the perfect opportunity for you to interact and catch up with our Members in a relaxed atmosphere.  

We have several different sponsorship levels for you to choose from, each level provides you with a listing on our Annual Meeting webpage, name recognition at the event, and a spreadsheet of the attendees after the event, in addition to those items, the individual levels include:

  • Bonze - $500 - a quarter-page ad in the program guide.
  • Silver - $1,000 - a half-page ad in the program guide, and one (1) complimentary ticket to the event.
  • Gold - $2,000 - a full-page ad in the program guide, and two (2) complimentary tickets to the event.
  • Platinum - $4000 - a display table at registration, a full-page ad in the program, and four (4) complimentary tickets to the event.
  • Banner - $5000 - a display table at registration, a full-page ad with your choice of location in the program guide, and 5 (five) complimentary tickets to the event.

Last, but not least, with your sponsorship, you will have the opportunity to participate in the RAFFLE!! This highly anticipated event happens at the end of the day, you will be able to select the prize winner of your item, this is another way to get your name out in front of our attendees. Tickets for the event will be going on sale shortly, please remember that Business Affiliates are limited to two (2) tickets, additional tickets may be acquired by becoming a sponsor.
