Meridian Waste - Shotwell Environmental Park invites you to celebrate spring with us! Enjoy a FREE great day in the scenic outdoors with family-friendly activities for all ages — including Earth Day activities, "Ask the Gardener" booth, a craft table, face painting, bounce house, inflatable obstacle course, skee ball, classic lawn games, corn hole, Nerf sports, basketball, hayride landfill tours and more! 

And lunch is on us! (RSVP by April 15th to confirm lunch headcount.) RSVP Form & Registration CAN be edited if you need to make changes by or before April 15th.)

**NOTE: Street address for the event (4624) is just up the road from the main entrance (4724) to the landfill.


"Ask the Gardener" Booth: Mike Riley and Rufus Edmisten of the Weekend Gardener Radio Show will be available from Noon–1:30pm to answer any Earth Day or everyday gardening question you may have. 

EVENT SAFETY (Just to mention a few things): 
  • Adults are expected to monitor & assist children at all times 
  • Wear appropriate clothes and shoes, and remember to bring a hat and sunscreen.
