Thank you for your interest in playing in the inaugural Scramble Fore Soccer outing to benefit the Hudson HS Soccer program and sponsored by the Woodmere branch of Fidelity Investments. We look forward to seeing you on July 29, 2023 at Ellsworth Meadows Golf Club in Hudson, OH. Please complete this form to register your FOUR-PERSON team. Please note that we will play rain or shine, and current Hudson HS student-athletes are PROHIBITED from playing. Your entry is not guaranteed until payment is received, so please act fast -- we expect the event to sell out!
Team entry fees ($500) include:
- Driving range balls & access to practice/putting greens
- Lunch
- Round of 18 holes for FOUR with cart (2 people per cart)
- Awards banquet with BBQ dinner
- CASH prizes for top teams
- Prizes for closest to pin and longest drive
- Shotgun start at 2:30pm
We will also have many AMAZING baskets available via raffle in addition to a 50/50 raffle.
All proceeds will benefit Hudson HS Boys & Girls Soccer. Specifically, funds will be used to purchase covered benches/canopies for the sidelines.

1:00pm - 2:25pm: Golfer Check-In (lunch served, driving range/putting green, and enter to win raffles)
2:25pm - 2:30pm: Welcome & Rules Overview
2:30pm: Shotgun Start
7:00pm: Dinner, Awards Ceremony & Raffle Prize Drawings
