WARNING: Under Colorado law, an equine event sponsor is not liable for any injury or death of a participant in equine activities resulting from inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to section 13-21-119, Colorado revised statutes. I (we) release the Rocky Mountain Back Country Horsemen, its officers, directors, and agents of any and all liability which may arise as a result of injury to my (our) person(s) or property that may be sustained in connection with the chapter activities. It is the recommendation of RMBCH that children and adults wear an equestrian approved helmet and vest. If a parent chooses to not require these safety precautions, he/she is accepting responsibility for any injuries that may occur, and he/she further agrees to hold the RMBCH chapter and its officers, directors, and members blameless. *
