Living on the opposite side of the world to the USA I am obliged to follow American politics as a stone thrown into the Washington swamp sends ripples that reach this far. With less than a year to go until the next presidential election it is time to assess the current political landscape.
Trump of course is the focus of massive media noise. This must be ignored if a rational analysis is to be produced. 2016 proved that opinion polls must also be ignored. As things stand today Trump holds the following chips in his stack:
*He is the incumbent
*The official employment numbers are in his favor
*The official economic numbers are in his favor
*His Republican approval is over 90%
*His Hispanic/black approval ratings are at record levels for a Republican
*He has made a dent in the illegal immigration problem
*He has not started any new wars
*Both Trump and the RNC are raking in record amounts of campaign cash
*He will have the vote of most people with a 401(k) account
*He will have the vote of most people in the military
*He is in control of the social media narrative
*He pushed the concept of the deep state and fake news into the mainstream
*Democrat controlled cities are clearly in serious decline
*He forced the DNC to defend their lunatic far left fringe and embrace their views
*He forced the Democrats into the farcical impeachment process
*The Democrats have little cash on hand
*The Democrats do not have a viable policy platform
*The Democrats do not currently have a viable contender for the nomination
Probably the most important fact we have learned since the election of Trump is that the deep state does exist in America and that it is a massively powerful hand on the tiller of American policy. It has also become abundantly clear that this faction was strongly opposed to the policies Trump ran on in 2016 and that they have tried to impede him ever since he announced his candidacy. It is not unreasonable to conclude that this faction does not wish Trump to win re-election. The question then becomes how far are they prepared to go in stopping him.
The most obvious way to stop Trump would be at the the ballot box. However, given the factors outlined above this is a long shot bet. None of the declared Democrat candidates can beat him. Hillary Clinton would fail again. A Republican cannot unseat him. Obama has been keeping a very low profile, it is possible that his wife Michelle could win, if she could be persuaded to run. Oprah?
What would turn the world of Trump upside down would be a financial crisis of a similar magnitude to 2008, or a major dollar collapse (Putin said last week the dollar would collapse soon). If there were a consensus among the deep state to take such action it would be incredibly easy for them to achieve given the highly unstable fabric of markets today.
The corporate credit markets could be pushed into panic by Jamie Dimon alone if he wished such an outcome and had the blessing of his buddies. Indeed, the cynic might argue that the groundwork has been laid since the start of the repo problem in mid September and the launching of QE4. Last time around the patsie was Lehman, has Deutsche Bank been singled out to take the fall this time? Time is running short for this to be an option, a crisis must be in play by spring next year to stymie the Orange Man.
The third way Trump could be stopped does not bare thinking about but it happened before to JFK 56 years ago.

Trump can not be allowed to continue as it signals the ruination of the Deep State that actually runs the country.
They are in the process of strangling the economy as the only viable and stealth option to get rid of him. The latest ‘not QE’ QE is the last hurrah for the bankers to swell their accounts to buy up whatever they want at fire sale prices after they pull the plug. As banking sector stock prices plunge, they’ll buy up their own shares with the free money and then purchase the assets with what’s left over or with their ability to loan money into existence.
TPTsB know damned well that the Dollar is circling the bowl with more and more nations eschewing its use. Those no longer needed Dollars have no place to go but back to the US to stoke inflation, so letting it go a bit early isn’t a huge cost for the ultimate benefit of maintaining control.
Trump owns all the smoke and mirrors the economy represents and that will be used to take him down. No need to Epstein him. He hasn’t the brains to stop this as he’s playing THEIR game.

Time is not short for a financial crisis to upend Trump’s chances. My guess is, it will happen late summer, early fall so it is still hot in the mind of the voters when they go or don’t go to the polls.
Statistically speaking, the magic window is 2 months ahead of an election – that’s when an up or down market has the strongest effect, good or bad, on an incumbent. Ultimately the federal reserve will decide whether Trump wins another term, and it’s going to be interesting to see if the jews who own the federal reserve side with zionist orthodox jews represented by Trump or with the Bolshevist reform jews represented by the democrats.
Bingo! Whatever happens to the economy just prior to the election next year will signal who the winner is in the Deep State inter-Jew gang war. If the economy crashes before the 2020 elections, I can’t imagine Trump winning. But if, as the Grey Champion of this Fourth Turning, he is prosecuting the high-hanging fruit behind domestic spying in the 2016 Election (i.e. Brennan, Clapper, Hillary, Obama, Comey, Mueller, et al) – I could foresee record voting turnout on both sides of the political spectrum; and this means it could go either way.
However, if Horowitz (FISA abuse), Durham (Spygate) and John Huber (Clinton Foundation) act as custodians to clean up the high crimes of the Dark Powers, then Trump will likely be toast EVEN if the economy magically creeps across the November 3, 2020 finish line.
And if the economy crashes before the election, be assured Trump’s 2020 Democratic opponent will mercilessly showcase Trump’s endless bragging on “his” magnificent economy and record stock market.
That said, there does also remain the possibility that support for Trump will pull previous non-voters out of the woodwork in record numbers to the point where there won’t be any “too close to call” districts – IF (and only if?) the bankers don’t pull the plug on the economy before the 2020 election AND Trump prosecutes the Deep State bad actors. But ask yourself this: Given who holds all the cards now (see Paul Manafort, Roger Stone and Julian Assange), how likely is it that both eventualities would occur (and not be theater)?
Furthermore, if the bankers don’t pull the plug on the economy before the 2020 election, what does that say about Trump? Wouldn’t that imply that he was the establishment’s Trojan Horse choice all along and prove the “resistance” to be fake news?
Or, maybe the economy will be flushed and Trump will, in turn, continue to blame the Fed enough to squeak by a win over the DNC’s vision of Communistic Clownworld. But, for that to happen, I believe it would be expecting too much of the American Sheeple.
In other words, I wouldn’t advise anyone to hold their breath for positive outcomes. Best to prepare for the worst. Because the 2020 election will likely be the end of the beginning.

Planning for rosy scenarios is for idiots. Especially in perilous times the prudent mindset is to plan for the worse case scenarios. There is only misery to be surprised on the down side. Being surprised on the upside means survival.
I believe in prepping and planing for surviving: ‘One Second After’…then no matter what happens, to what level…ever, you and your family will be in the best position possible. Not living too far from where this novel takes place also motivated me…its just a novel…but there are great insights in it as far as worst case.
