TRAINING DAY

TRIP DETAILS
- Leave at 9AM on Thursday, April 20
- Return the afternoon of Sunday, April 23

Note: Due to the size of this trip and the logistics involved, we will not be able to accommodate alternate departure times.

COST
- $300 per adult, $500 per married couple; $100 per youth (3-17 yrs), free for children under 3. This includes transportation, all meals, and hotel accommodations.
- 50% due by March 25; final payment due by April 16

ACCOMMODATIONS
- Hotel Hacienda del Mar, Playas de Tijuana
- Less than 2 miles from US Border
- Bottled water
- Capability to call US from cell phones (emergency)
- Exercise facilities
- 24 Hour Security

FOOD
- All meals will be provided and prepared by trusted volunteers who we’ve worked with for years

WHAT WE'LL BE DOING
- Partnering with All Peoples Church Tijuana in reaching the unchurched and unengaged people of the city
- Having extended times of worship and teaching together
- Sharing the Gospel and performing dramas and dances in Plazas and Parks
- Practically serving orphans through recreation and service projects

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Attend a mandatory training time from 9AM - 3PM on Saturday, April 1.

Children are highly encouraged to come and will have a special curriculum geared towards them during our time.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to make special transportation arrangements for parents with napping children. We will provide a "napping room" at All Peoples Tijuana, but families will be responsible for bringing their own Pack 'n Play, bedding, etc.

TEAM PREFERENCES
Each participant will be on a small team which will specialize in either evangelism, drama, percussion, or dance. These are specialty areas; however, everyone will get to share the love of Jesus with people.

The evangelism team will lead out in evangelism and will help facilitate outreaches.

The drama team will learn dramas and do them so that they can draw people and share the message of God’s love. This will involve various practice times before the trip.

The dance team will perform evangelistic dances as well as choreographed dances. This will involve various practice times before the trip.

The percussion team will play drums and other instruments together for the purpose of drawing crowds and engaging people.
