Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

+ We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

+ If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a remedy. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the faulty item for refund procedures.


+ Communication via email or phone is highly encouraged should you have any issues. Direct negative feedback will not help you or us.
