This form is for enrolling a returning student to the Sacramento Mandarin School for school year 2020-2021. If you want to enroll a new student, please use the form at https://tinyurl.com/enroll-sms-2020.

If you are not sure whether your child will continue or not, you may fill out the form with the tryout option and skip the tuition payment for now.

If my child is accepted to a class, I will acquire the textbook and workbook for the class on my own.

If my child attends an online class, I will assist my child in his/her online learning activities.

If my child attends an in-person class, for the safety of my child, I will remain on campus during class time.

I understand that the school will try its best to place my child in a class that is suitable for him/her. However, there is no guarantee that a suitable class will always be available.
