To help all ourselves make the most out of the retreat, we may ask everyone to minimize phone use and/or leave phones in the rooms during the day (staff excluded for communication purposes). Would you be ok with that? *
Although we expect the current COVID surge to calm down by the time of the retreat, we will likely require a test before and test after. Test kits will be provided by the church. Are you ok with that? *
We will likely follow mask practices used at church - optional outdoors, required indoors. Are you ok with that? *
We will provide dinner for you at church on the Friday (2/18) at 5pm and depart for the campsite at 6pm. We expect to arrive back church on the Sunday (2/20) at 3pm after providing you lunch. Can you commit to participating the entire time? *
Staff is asked to drive (gas provided). Students are discouraged to drive for intentional relationship building sake and as a measure of church accountability. Are you ok with that? *
