REMINDER: On Wednesday, June 18, 2014, CBP will have the scheduled weekly outage to ACE Certification beginning at 0600 EDT and possibly lasting until 2230 EDT (10:30 pm). Should the outage end earlier than anticipated, you will be advised via CSMS Message.

Please Note: ACE Certification is the testing environment used by trade software developers. If you are not developing or testing software, this outage does not apply to you.

ACE Production will not be impacted.

The following fixes will impact ACE ABI Entry Summary filers:

ACE_IR_1037 - Enhance ACE Entry Summery Validations for PGA Data Reporting Issue (No Invoice Description). This fix addresses conflicting responses from ACE and ACS when rejecting an Entry Summary Create/Update AE transaction containing a blank OI-Record Invoice Description.

ACE_PR_47647 - ACE Entry Summary - RLF Reject – This fixes a problem where condition "REMOTE FILING LOCATION UNKNOWN" is incorrectly returned in an Entry Summary Create/Update AX response; the correct condition "REMOTE PREPARER NOT AUTHORIZED FOR PORT" will now be returned.

ACE_PR_48129 - ACE Entry Summary Transaction Not Rejected for FCC Line Sequence Issue. This fixes a problem where an Entry Summary Create/Update transaction is accepted in ACE in a scenario where an FCC segment has a duplicate FCC Line Number specified in an adjacent FC01-Record.

ACE_PR_48149 - ACE Entry Summary -

Currently, when rejecting for Missing FC02 ACE is now returning an incorrect response “ACE SYSTEM FAILURE”. In a scenario where a required FC02-Record does not follow an FC01-Record the correct response "FCC QUANTITY CANNOT BE ZERO" will now be returned.

ACE_PR_48417 - ACE Entry Summaries Rejected in Error with FCC Data. This fixes a validation inconsistency and an incorrect returned condition when an Entry Summary Create/Update AE transaction contains an invalid FCC Quantity Amount.
