The 2nd Precinct Advisory Council (2PAC) serves as a avenue of communication between the Minneapolis Police Department and the community. We serve residents concerned about crime and livability issues, coordinate activities that increase confidence and safety in the Second Precinct, and facilitate conversation and information exchange between the Police and neighborhood stakeholders.

2PAC Represents all Minneapolis Eastside neighborhoods (Those with NE or SE addresses), and the meetings are open to the public.

Meetings are the Second Monday of the month; 1900 Central Avenue NE, 6:00 PM.
