Interest Group Request Form
NYYM Summer Sessions 2015 Interest Group Proposal
Please answer the following questions about your proposed interest group. An interest group is an educational opportunity to inform attenders about a topic or activity of importance to Friends.   This form will allow us to compile all of the information on all of the groups, so as to accommodate as many requests as possible.  Also please keep in mind that priority will be given to those groups that are both related to this year's Summer Sessions theme and accessible to as broad of an audience as possible.  Try to make your content accessible to everyone, from the elderly to the children who will be joining us for Summer Sessions.

Interest groups at Silver Bay will be held on Wednesday at 1:45 pm to 3:45 pm and Thursday from 3:30 pm to 5:15 pm. Complete this form and submit it no later than July 1, 2013 so that we will be able to make arrangements for your group needs in time. Please, when considering this date, keep in mind that all interest group requests need coordinating clerk approval in order to run. if you have any questions, email Sara Templin at Saratemplin@outlook.com or margurvl@aol.com.

Would you rather hold your interest group on Wednesday or Thursday? If you have a specific space you'd like to be placed in, please let us know here. (We may not be able to meet all such requests.)

Will you need any equipment? Leaders in the past have asked for paper easels and a/v equipment. Please also let us know here if you'll be needing something not addresed by our other questions.
