1.Reconfiguration and renovation of Approximately 140,000 SF of existing field space to all
weather artificial turf play field area for mixed use of football, soccer, lacrosse and ball
play
2. Sports lighting
3. An all-weather 400 meter track area
4. ADA (American Disabilities Act ) required code improvements
5. Green Infrastructure
6. Construction budget is $4.3 million
