FDA has become aware that due to internal FDA system issues which began over the weekend, all document uploads attempted via ITACS since March 29, 2015 have failed to complete successfully. Because of this, no confirmation emails are being sent and the ITACS status is not updated to “Document Submitted”. FDA technical staff are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, however until that occurs documents should be submitted to local FDA offices via their preferred alternate means. Another CSMS message will be issued upon resolution of this problem.
