This is the registration form for the PCEPC Hero Central Vacation Bible School, taking place from July 10 to July 14, 2017.

Please note that REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED, EXCEPT FOR three more preschoolers (ages 3 or 4). If  you wish to register a preschooler, please follow the presented instructions, fill out the fields, and submit the form in order to register him or her. We'll send an e-mail confirmation to you when the form is submitted, and again when we confirm your registration. Note that the second confirmation e-mail usually takes three to five days to send, as we verify your registration by hand, while the first confirmation is sent instantly.
