Open Educational Resources for school
We are trying to collect a list of Open Educational Resources that are either meant for teacher education (pre-service or in-service, CPD, etc), or that are meant for classroom use. This could include OER for headteacher education, as well as OER meant for teacher educators.

Please be as specific as you can, i.e. enter concrete web addresses, and short descriptions. E.g rather than giving "YouTube", give a specific youtube collecting of (CC licensed) videos that are useful in your teaching.

Note: Most questions below are optional - feel free to simply provide the URL, and nothing else! Of course, more information is appreciated, but don't worry about it too much!

Remember that this isn't a general survey about generally useful stuff for people, but that it's about Open Educational Resources, specifically for classroom use, or teacher education use. When we say "OER" below, it could be a single OER (like an open book) or it could be a collection of various smaller OER, collected on a website.

If filling in the web form is difficult for you (e.g. because of limited bandwidth or other access issues), contact me directly: bjohas(at)gmail.com

By completing this survey, you are making all information available under CC-By. You can see the results of the survey here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ahvp0rIs2cSkdHZCN2pxMVhMaUNQcWlvX21rZHRPR3c. If you have reasonable internet connectivity, then you can check that the site you are entering isn't already there.

OER licence
We are obviously looking for genuine OER, so the OER/site should employ some kind of open license.
What type of OER/site is this?
We are specifically looking for OER that is useful to classroom use or teacher education - tick the boxes that apply!
Does the OER have a specific focus, e.g. regional (e.g. USA, Latin America, sub-Saharan Africa, Zambia), or subjects (maths, science, literacy, health, etc).
Please describe if applicable. (optional) If you can describe both the pedagogical focus (if there is one, e.g. group work, dialogue) and the subject focus (maths, science, literacy) etc. Additional information is really helpful to us.
What formats is the content provided in?
Please describe (optional). E.g. word, pdf, just html. Is the content actual text, or is it scanned text?
Does the site offer a download option?
(optional) Say whether content generally can be download, and also whether this is "one by one" or whether there is a bulk download option (such as a single zip file, or ftp, rsync, etc), or whether there are other ways of using the content offline (e.g. via an app).
Your name (as the person submitting this information).
This is optional - obviously if the site you are submitting is your site, or one that you are associated with, then please do enter your name!
