Priya Atluri Lyman, 70, of Lombard died Tuesday in St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Chicago. Born in India, Mr. Lyman was a professor of English there. He also was a lay speaker at the First United Methodist Church in Lombard. Survivors include his wife, Suvarna; two sons, David and George; a brother, Manohar Lymon; and three grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday in Brust Funeral Home, 135 S. Main St., Lombard. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Saturday until services at 10 in First United Methodist Church, Maple and Main Streets, Lombard.
