Playboy is looking for sexy women at Wal-Mart.

Oh now, get in line.

The Chicago-based men’s magazine has plans for a “Women of Wal-Mart” pictorial, the latest in the long and storied tradition that includes Playboy’s “Women of Starbucks” and “Women of Enron.”

Playboy.com is soliciting any Wal-Mart employee 18 years or older willing to “roll back their clothes” and pose nude. That’s Playboy.com’s line, not ours.

Why not just use the in-store intercom system to attract applicants?

Because the national retail chain, notorious in its efforts to preserve a clean image, isn’t on board. A spokesman told CNN.com that “this is not a ballpark that Wal-Mart wants to play in.”
