It was infuriating to read about two valiant Chicago Police horses being tortured by heinous and malevolent criminals. These intelligent and important horses have far more earthly value than the demonic human reprobates who viciously harmed them. This atrocity is further proof that law enforcement and civilized residents must recognize that animal abusers are abhorrent, monstrous menaces to society.
