Barack Obama’s girls want to know more about the Obama Girl.
Obama’s wife, Michelle, has had to explain to daughters Sasha, 6, and Malia, 9, that the viral Internet video featuring a scantily clad model singing about Barack is “you know, the way people are sometimes,” The Associated Press reports
“I think they were sort of like, ‘What is this? And what does it mean?’ But you know, that’s the nature of having … children in politics,” Michelle Obama told the AP on Friday. “We have to be responsible about what we do and how we do it, but otherwise, I … joke and say, ‘I think my husband’s cute.’ So, you know, more power to the people who think he’s cute as well.”
