If you’re like us, you’ve really been working up a sweat this week. (And we’re not just talking about hanging out in scorching temps.) You can really turn on the heat Sunday with Darkroom’s Calor Brasileiro, thanks to the live sounds of quartet Terra Brasil. The group, under the direction of Brazilian Moacyr Marchini, plays samba, forro (a lively, syncopated sound) and Brazilian pop so you can shake it. Plus, DJ Momo spins samba electronica and Brazilian-flavored beats if you want to turn things up a notch. 8 p.m.-2 a.m. Sunday; every first Sunday of the month. $5. 2210 W. Chicago Ave. 773-276-1411.
