Join St. Peter’s Social Justice Team at this Zoom gathering on Wednesday, July 15, from 6:00 – 7:30 pm. Guest speakers will be North Carolina House members of the Mecklenburg County Delegation: our own Rep. Becky Carney joined by some of her colleagues - Rep. Mary Belk, Rep. Brandon Lofton, and Sen. Mujtaba Mohammed. This will be an opportunity to hear directly how these public servants have addressed and passed laws during this time of social distance including the passage of bi-partisan legislation with social justice implications. Participating church members will have an opportunity to submit questions in advance, and registration is required to get the Zoom link. Once you have successfully registered you will receive a zoom link a few days before the event start.
