Professional Learning Communities: The 3 Rs - Reflect, Re-energize, Reconnect***CANCELLED***

In the Northwest region of Missouri, Professional Learning Communities continue to transform schools and districts. Schools continue to focus on the three big ideas of learning for all, collaborative culture, and results. The Missouri PLC process uses a variety of tools to monitor the work of teams within the school. Continued coaching and support is essential to maintain the investment in these processes. Once a school has completed the “Missouri PLC” program of leadership team support, we find schools need to continually reconnect. Participants will learn about the Implementation Rubric used to monitor the work and revisit other tools, i.e. Critical Issues for Collaborative Teams and the Benchmark Assessment Tool.

This two day learning opportunity will provide time for administrators and teacher leaders to reflect on their PLC experiences, re-energize their commitment, and reconnect with tools that are used to measure implementation and support their team's focus for maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.
