Will there be a charge for this?
If you have a monthly contract with us please review your contract or ask us to. If not issues are charged at £25 per hour during working hours and £50 otherwise. The minimum charging period is half an hour.
If you already have a contract with us please make sure all remittances are up to date before submitting the transfer.
