YOUR ROLE

Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of HR data on recurring basis and on-demand request
Create new and maintain existing Power BI dashboards
Actively contribute to global HR projects and process developments
Collaborate effectively with international colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment

REQUIREMENTS

College or university graduate
Experienced user of Excel and Power BI
Knowledge of SAP Success Factors would be an huge advantage
Work experience in an international company - at least 1 year, preferably in HR area
Fluency in English language (level B2 and above) is a must
Systematic, logical way of thinking and detail oriented personality

The position is to be filled as soon as possible and will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania. In this role you will report to Ausra Bandzeviciute, Team Lead, HR Rewards, Recognition & Reporting.

Salary range for this role is 2100 EUR 2700 EUR before taxes (gross). The final offer will depend on candidates skills and experience.
