NYC Mask Transit Mask/Material Donation
We are Mask Transit, a medical student-run organization working through Mount Sinai Hospital to help combat COVID-19. We are a team of 50 students across 10 institutions packaging masks that do not meet the standards for hospital use along with validated educational material about proper mask usage. We are providing these mask kits to vulnerable members of the population, including patients seen at our affiliated student-run free clinic, as a secondary safety measure. We believe this is the best way to protect both healthcare workers and the general public by flattening the curve and decreasing the burden on the healthcare system. These masks will serve as valuable tools in decreasing the number of new infections.

If you would like to donate masks or mask materials, please fill out this form. We are also accepting other supplies to build our kits, including elastic or rubber bands, Lysol wipes, paper bags, ziploc bags, gloves, hand soap, paper towels, hand sanitizers, trashbags, laundry detergent, and bleach. If you'd like to make a cash contribution, please visit our GoFundMe at: gf.me/u/xwkryw

Please feel free to share this form or our email masktransit@gmail.com with others who are interested in donating to this initiative! Thank you for your interest!
