Great writing and reportage
I know Emily contributes to They Walk Among Us and she is a great writer and prolific storyteller. I know she’s from Northern Ireland and I’m familiar with the accent, but there’s something off about her cadence and the rhythmic pauses in her narration that go beyond a lilt and simply become singsong and frankly annoying. I keep listening from time to time but can’t subscribe as I would not be able to listen regularly. I’ll buy her books and appreciate her work elsewhere. I think that with a bit of coaching she might give a more polished presentation and that would be wonderful.
Sorry, I can’t take the ads. Ugh, they’re awful, mostly pseudoscientific garbage that she reads out with a straight face. I guess it’s one way to get subscribers.

Every time I hear the intro music it sounds like a 1980s p0rn soundtrack like the kind that you would get in one of the motels on airline highway (where often the old-school TV preachers used to “hang out”).
