Great grill
Our Char Broil grill died after many years and found this online after a search for infrared grills. We have. 3 big box stores in town, but didn't find what I wanted. I like that foods are juicy and the flames don't ruin the meat. This works great and should last as long as our previous one. I didn't enjoy assembly, but it's done right and have no extra parts. 😃

Andre and Devin did a great job assembling our grill, putting in the right spot and taking the old one away. Very happy with the service! And we are happy with the grill as well!!

Make sure shipping handles as fragile

Overall happy for the value I paid. The only issue is the handle of the grill was dented. Not a terrible one, but it’s visibly there. I splurged for this grill so it was a bit of a bummer. I tried replacing the part alone but Amazon said they couldn’t replace the parts individually
