About Our Program
* Our Summer Academic and Extended Day programs are focused on creating an engaging and fun learning culture. The summer academic program is for current student and or neighboring Catholic Academy families. For Students who are is either recommended or required for summer academic learning and those who want their child to continue enhancing their knowledge over the summer and also avoid the (Summer Slump). These weeks of study provide our students with the essential or enriched coursework for greater success towards the next school year. * Our Academic program focuses on Math and ELA and Educational Enrichment opportunities for our Summer Program participants.

*Our Extended Day Program participants will have the opportunity to participate in outdoor activities as well as a wide variety of physical education classes and fun activities, including but no limited to: *Critical Thinking Games, *Sports - Basketball, Soccer, Table Tennis, Volleyball, Dodge-ball, Movies and many different engaging Games.

Once again, this summer, we are offering an “extended day” program after morning classes five days a week.
Enrichment and recreational activities, as well as breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack/beverage, are included.

Our students will have educational and fun experiences in a summer to remember!

Tuition and Fees Summer Program 2022 *

I agree-1. Tuition for Summer Program-2022 shall be paid in full by the due date according to the SMART Tuition Plan or the Academy designated Payment Processing platform/schedule

Late Fee:$45 *

I Agree-A scheduled Summer Program tuition payment that is posted after the due date shall be assessed a $45 late fee.

3. MISSED/LATE TUITION PAYMENT:

I Agree-If any missed payment in the Summer Program is overdue, the Academy may impose any or all of the following measures, solely at the Academy’s discretion, unless special payment arrangements have been made in writing and signed by the Academy Administration. These measures would include the following: Withdrawn of Student from Summer Program or hold of academic records until all payments are made in full.

1. UNPAID TUITION

I Agree- unless special arrangements have been made in writing with the Academy Principal or Administration all School records, diplomas, or transcripts will not be released until all tuition and Academy charges have been paid in full.

REFUNDS

I Agree-. Once the Summer Program 2022 has begun, tuition refunds are made on a monthly basis. Should a student attend any three days in a Week, the full tuition amount for the month is owed, and no portion of that scheduled tuition payment period will be refunded

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I Agree-The terms and conditions of the Academy’s enrollment attendance policies, and all other policies which may be provided to the student are hereby incorporated into this agreement. It is further understood that the student and the student’s parent/guardian will abide by the policies and guidelines as documented in the Academy’s Handbook.

3. Returned Checks:

I Agree-If a check is returned for insufficient funds, the Principal and the Administration may require further payments in cash, certified check or through SMART Tuition or the Academy’s designated Tuition Payment Platform. The resulting bank fee is the responsibility of the tuition account holder
