Join mindfulness coach Courtney Schulnick for an introduction to the many benefits of mindfulness followed by a guided practice designed for kids and their grown-ups.
Mindfulness practice can help children, teens, and adults in any stage of life to decrease anxiety, increase awareness, and to live more joyfully in the present. Mindfulness practice can help to increase focus and attention, and also to build and maintain healthy sleep habits.
This program will be held online, via Zoom. Participants will receive a link to join prior to the program.
