This is an excellent way to honor those Sunrise volunteers who always go the extra mile. Recipients receive a gold acorn pin and a special certificate In addition, recipients are honored at the Kent Area Council PTA Founder’s Day Dinner and their names will be added to the plaque that hangs in the Sunrise foyer with the names of all past recipients.. We would like you to make recommendations of teachers/staff you think should be recognized for their continued and dedicated service. Final recipients will be chosen based on the nominations submitted.
