Job Description

You are currently enrolled in university or college studies and want to gain some experience in a dynamic, modern, fast-growing tech company? We are offering the option of an internship at TeamViewer!

  • Support our existing customers with their technical / accounting related queries in regard to the TeamViewer software in English
  • Take care of 1st-Level Technical Support questions about TeamViewer software
  • Hold online demonstrations to explain software functionalities to existing customers if needed
  • Answer written inquiries through our E-mail system
  • Assist the Team with Back-Office related tasks such as allocating Tickets to the right person / department
  • Work in close cooperation with our 2nd-Level Support Team

Qualifications

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) or graduate in the fields of business administration, linguistics or equivalent at a university
  • Strong communication skills and passion for helping people
  • Self-motivated, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Working independently is just as important to you as team spirit
  • Fluency in English (other language like Italian is a big plus)
  • Advanced Windows® skills or the desire to learn
  • Ability to pick up new software and processes quickly
