Modeling Study Presentation
The DC Office of Planning (OP) contracted consultant services for the Height Master Plan Modeling Study. The study looks at varying building heights in areas throughout the District to better understand potential impacts to panoramic, skyline and street-level views. The study also models four approaches for managing strategic changes to building heights.
