U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has updated the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) November 1 PGA Forms List posted on CBP.gov. An update was made to the status of the U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration’s Pilot and Method of Submission for PGA data.
The ACE November 1 PGA Forms List provides information on the PGA forms required at the time of entry or entry summary filing and the methods of submission used to electronically submit PGA information to ACE by November 1, 2015. o access the updated ACE November 1 PGA Forms List, please visit CBP.gov/ACE, and navigate to the “Publications” section of the “ACE and Automated Systems” page. You may also access the updated document by using the following URL:
