Do you know what one of the biggest complaints I hear from couples is? We don't have fun anymore!
No flirtiness and certainly no dirtiness. We don't have a giggle – it’s just ‘get to it’ – or it won’t happen.
When the laughter goes, the love - and lust - follows. So it's crucial to put playfulness back into the bedroom.
Here are six sexy, easy to try games
Knock Knock
Set the scene for this role-play sex-game by deciding which one of you will pretend to be the mystery visitor that knocks on the door unexpectedly.
You can pretend to be the dirty door-to-door salesperson, a naughty neighbour or a kinky car-driver seeking directions.
They knock and you let them in - not knowing who they are. As the sexy banter flows, so does the flirting and eventually full sex.

Fulfil my fantasy
Continuing the fantasy theme, on a notepad each of you writes down three of your favourite fantasy themes - anything from demanding company director to naughty nurse.
Tear the sheets off the pad, fold them up and stick them in a bowl. You’ve already set the scene with candlelight, mood music and maybe a steamy shower.
Now you each choose one fantasy from the bowl. Get frisky chatting them through and playing them out.
Spin the bottle
A new twist on an old game. As you lie down your partner applies lube to your stomach with sensual strokes.
They then take a small, empty bottle – like a beer bottle – and spin it gently on your tummy.
Wherever it stops and points to, they have to kiss!
Surprise pleasure
Invest in a sex guide (one of mine will do - cheeky plug!) or an adult magazine. Snuggle up together, close your eyes – or blind-fold yourselves – and randomly flick through the pages.
Then wherever your finger lands, try what’s on the page - or as near to it! I don’t want you doing yourselves damage if it’s some crazy porn position.
Sexy dice
An easy bit of fun. Either buy sex-dice from an adult shop that are labelled with positions or techniques to try.
Or, if you’ve regular dice, write on a piece of paper the actions to be carried out when the dice are rolled.
For instance, for one theme numbers equal pleasure-zones: 1 = breasts; 2 = genitals; 3 = bottom… and so on.
Or you could make the numbers represent an action or activity: 1 = a lick; 2 = a thrust; 3 = a rub… you get the idea.
Take turns throwing the dice together for fun sex-play.
Come and get it it
This little game helps you to be inventive.
Through messaging, you control what happens between you.
Message them a trail of hints, like where they'll find you.
Maybe they’ve been out and you run a hot bubble-bath. Message them hints and they’ll find you in the candlelit bathroom with a new waterproof sex toy.
Your messaging must include little requests like, “bring some wine, a sex toy”, etc.
Take charge and tell them what to wear – like commanding they come without any knickers on.
You can even spread your messaging over a couple days if you don't live together.
Tease and please them this way – building lots of sexual tension.
If these fail to turn you on, at the very least they’ll make you giggle - and that’s great for your sex life.
