While on AOL, trying to print (printer: HP DESKJET 930C)I
receive this:

Has anyone had this problem and how did you fix it?

Right click on the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop and select
Properties. Look in the Advanced tab for the line "Enable Third Party
Browser Extensions". Ensure that it is UNCHECKED.

Go back to the page you were trying to print and reprint... should work just
fine now.
