Topic: Come To The Dark Side
Bill has worked in public government for nearly 38 years, mostly in the parks and recreation/community services realm with the City of Colton. He is now the City Manager for the City of Colton and will discuss the leap from department head to agency executive working directly with elected officials and leading his department heads.
