Hi, I’m Amy Leong, your coach and mentor for the LIVE LIFE WELL Mastermind experience.
A little bit about me:
 
I’m a first-generation Australian from a Vietnamese Chinese background. Born and raised in Melbourne, Vic, my parents were one of the first boat people who escaped from Vietnam during the 1970s.

I am a sister to a brother with special needs whom I love fiercely. I am a wife of a front-line worker who is a tough person to beat in board games! I am also a follower of Jesus and seek to love and serve others no matter their beliefs, background or values 💛
 
My journey towards living life well:
 
I’ve been working as a lawyer for over 6 years in Melbourne, Victoria. In my first year of practicing as a lawyer, I found my life lacked a creative outlet so I went looking on Instagram where I stumbled upon and fell in love with modern calligraphy. Fast forward a few years, I turned my hobbie into a side business, Art by Ames and had some amazing opportunities to work and collaborate with individual and organisations (Linkedin Local Melbourne, Channel 10, NAB, Metro Tunnel and Laneway Learning to name a few!).  However, while I was passionate and driven, loved my work and business, by Sept 2019, I found myself burnt out and wondering what went wrong.
 
I finally realised that in pursuing my career and my passions, other things had been neglected including my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. This started me on a journey towards a more holistic approach to life, (one I am still on) which has transformed the way I approach life and helped me to BURN BRIGHT but not BURN OUT.

So what will we be diving into and learning together in the LIVE LIFE WELL Mastermind experience?
Each of these topics could be a course on their own but for our inaugural Mastermind, you will get a taster of principles that will kickstart your own wellness journey.

Block 1: THRIVE over STRIVE 
(Week 1 & 2: TBA)
 
Here we are going to explore 4 key questions to discover how you are wired, your unique set of skills, gifts and experiences that will bring you to a greater understanding of your purpose in life. We are also going to explore the 4 types of relationships and boundaries necessary to live life in a sustainable and healthy way.
 
Block 2: BURN BRIGHT not OUT 
(Week 3 & 4: TBA)
 
Here we are going to do a brief overview of the 6 dimensions of wellness, develop an awareness of when things are out of alignment and strategies to avoid burnout. 
 
Block 3: FAILING FORWARD with GRACE & GRIT
(Week 5 & 6: TBA)
 
Here we are going to help you reframe failure as a gift, explore ways to deal with imposter syndrome (guest session TBA) and develop a mindset framework to give you confidence to approach whatever life throws at you with grace and grit.
What does the LIVE LIFE WELL Mastermind experience include?
  • 3 x LIVE group coaching sessions (via Zoom or Facebook group: TBA):
    • 60-90 mins per session once a fortnight where we unpack the topic of each block (first week of each block), set the intention and inspired action for each fortnight. ($900 value)
  • 3 x pre-recorded video lessons:
    • 20-30 mins videos that will be released once a fortnight (alternating with the LIVE group coaching sessions) to explore a different aspect of the topic of each block to encourage you in your processing and learning. ($300 value)
  • Worksheets and powerpoint slides to complement the group coaching sessions and pre-recorded video lessons ($100 value) 
  • Private Facebook Group and Facebook Messenger chat with your intimate mastermind community:
    • instant access to your fellow LLW mastermind members and me (your coach) to share your learnings, for creative input, advice and accountability. I will check this once a day during the Mastermind to answer any questions or concerns. (priceless)
