KISD 5th Grade Strings Enrollment Form
Please fill out the form below in order to register your child for the KISD 5th Grade Strings Program.  The orientation meeting will be on Monday, September 9th, at 6:00pm (Blackshear, Kohrville, Bernshausen)and Tuesday, September 10th, at 6 PM (Hassler, Frank, Krahn) in the Klein Cain HS Orchestra Room. There is a $35 registration fee due at this meeting.  The registration fee can be paid by cash only.  The registration fee covers concert costs, start up materials, and a program t-shirt.
