Briggs Cunningham passed away on Jan. 16, 2025, at Porter Hospital in Denver after complications from a fall in early January. A Celebration of Life will be set at a later date in the spring.
Cunningham lived in Pine and worked as a Systems Engineer for Lockheed Martin, United Launch Alliance.
He is preceded in death by his father Kenneth W. Cunningham II and mother Tirzah Anne Cunningham. He is survived by his wife Margarite (Halle) Cunningham of Neillsville, WI; his son Roger Cunningham of Denver, CO; his son Gary Hodge of Pine, CO; his sister Pauline Gebhart of Boulder, CO; his brother Kenneth Cunningham III of Billings, MT and his sister Lois Billings of Pittsburgh, PA.
