I simply love this little wooden board. Our family loves home made gnocchi, so I make them often. My Nonna used a fork to make the ridges, but I find the board much easier to use. Now you might be thinking who cares about the ridges. Those ridges mean alot, a little sauce gets in those ridges and the taste is wonderful.
