While I've never tested this out personally, my guess is that Void Heart is not required. I'm fairly sure you still do need the completed Kingsoul charm at minimum, however, since a White Fragment probably doesn't count as a charm.

You don't need to get the Void Heart (and so don't need to fight Radiance) to get 100% completion.

You *do* need the entire Kingsoul charm, to make up your full 36 charms (and buy Salubra's blessing? Not sure if this bit's required).

And aye, you do need to beat all the Dream Bosses to reach 2400 essence and fully awaken the Dream Nail.

Salubra's Blessing is almost certainly not required for 100%. I've seen playthroughs where the inventory counter shows 100% without Salubra's Blessing.

As someone who checked this recently - half of the kingsoul does not count as the 1% towards completion for it

For something as fun and useful as it is, I'm rather sad that most players won't get the blessing until they can't really use it effectively.

Collosseum has a spring, dream bosses aren't near benches... about the only fight that it provides some positive effect for is the Hollow Knight, and spells aren't particularly useful there - particularly in the early fight before you'd otherwise have built up soul, since the Knight doesn't stand/float still until it's been given a few good hits.
