Stuck on acquiring email address

Hi, I’m currently trying to set up for Instant Ink, the set up process has been stuck on “acquiring email address” for about 5 minutes. It doesn’t allow me to go back or do anything other than power off. Im trying to follow the steps to get set up but it’s stuck.

I understand you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink. For assistance, kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet. if you are using the HP Smart app, make sure you download it from the App Store.

 

For assistance with the first-time printer setup, click here.

 

To know how to print from your iOS device, refer to - HP printer setup (Apple AirPrint for iPhone, iPad)
