If I will be selected, I agree to pay WCA my contribution of €250 for the all-inclusive trip before 4 October 2022, and an additional €250 that WCA will refund me before 14 November 2022 when I will actually participate in this Tur-Abdin Youth Trip.

If I cancel the trip until 15 October 2022 because of health or another compelling reason that is beyond my power, I accept that I will get a total refund from WCA of only €250.

If I cancel the trip after 15 October 2022 or simply do not show up, for whatever reason, I agree that this is my own responsibility and accept that I will not be refunded the total of €500 that I transferred to WCA’s account so that WCA can book a flight for another enthusiastic Aramean.
